a) Press and hold the meter button until the bluetooth symbol appears.

b) The pairing symbol and wireless symbol both appear and flash.

c) Within the app, select the glucometer from the list of devices.

d) Click on ‘pair’ to pair the device

e) Click on ‘pair and connect’ in the appeared pop up screen to connect the device.

f) Enter the 6-digit pin number located on the back of the meter in the appeared pop up screen and allow access.

g) Your device will be successfully paired.

a) Press and hold the start button until ‘Pr’ is displayed, and then release the button.

b) The monitor displays ‘end’ to indicate that pairing is complete.

c) Within the app, select the BP monitor from the list of devices.

d) Click on ‘pair’ to pair the device

e) Your device will be successfully paired.

To unpair devices, click on the unpair button near the devices in the device section

There is a Tutorials menu item in Menu section that can guide you through the process of adding devices.

Securra App has the feature of adding specified devices. The app guides the user step by step to connect the devices.

It is a one time procedure after which the devices are recognised by the app automatically when in range and switched on.

Every device has a unique Id for that particular patient and hence cannot be shared with others.

If you have your device connected to your app, then your vitals update automatically when measured.

You can also update vitals manually as follows:
Click Care Program button in the home page.
Click Vitals button on top.
Click Add Vitals button
Choose the type of vitals
Fill in the values manually.
Click SAVE
